Woo hoo, I finally did it!!!!! With Dr. Gonzalez’s help and his team and so can anyone who has the desire and the will to lose weight and make an everlasting difference in his or her life.

Dr. Gonzalez has given me a new "best friend" – the lap band. It has been a little over two years since my surgery and I have successfully kept off the 80-pounds I had originally lost within the first 9 months after the procedure. The weight loss process was easy and fun. Like many, I had tried every single diet possible and had been unsuccessful in keeping the weight off because it was unrealistic. I never taught myself to eat properly and to be selective with what I should eat, but thanks to the lap-band my eating habits have improved. My self esteem is higher then it has ever been and I feel like I am on top of the world.

My entire life style has changed and I love to shop now. It is an over whelming feeling to pick out an outfit from a regular store versus Lane Bryant a plus size store. Now I pass by plus size stores and smile to myself thanking God and Dr. Gonzales that I don’t ever need to shop there again.

I love the change the lap band has bestowed upon me. I look better, feel better, move easier, and my mind is at peace with no more diets.

Thank you Dr. Gonzalez from the bottom of my heart for making one of my dreams come true.
