Thanks, I still got a little way to go but I feel like I went back 15 years in time, my blood pressure has gone down, and I may be off my medicine all together by the time I hit my target weight of 233lbs. I thank you guys with all my heart, the best decision I ever made. I feel great, Gary is very serious and his business partner Billy is also interested. I can go out and eat and no one would ever know I have the lap band if I didn't tell them, certain foods I stay away from a lot, is red meat and chicken which I used to love but they are just too heavy on me anymore which is good, I like fish, pastas, salads pretty much anything just don't eat as much meat.

I will come visit you guys in the future, I will never forget you, Laura, Dr. Gonzalez. And anyone you need to refer, just send them my way, you guys are the best.
